   May to October - $125 – $140/night with full breakfast

The rates are all inclusive and include a full home-cooked breakfast using locally fresh and organic produce.
We will meet your dietary needs if you make arrangements when you make your reservations.

"First night fee" deposit is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly.
Please allow 7 days notice for a cancellation to receive a full refund of your deposit.

We are a "Smoke-free accommodation" but guests are invited to smoke on the covered deck or garden areas.

We regret thet we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs and pets.
